Had a difficult time making an appointment. Call went to voice mail 3 times with no call back. Finally got through and was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule.
However service phase always been great.

Rear brake job
Very poor response to my concerns about having to repeat a brake job after only one year and 5,000 miles of driving!

Sorry for the misunderstanding , as stated before , the caliper failed in your brakes which caused the failure , I could not help with any warranty because there was not a defect in the previous brake replacement .

Service Experience
It was very bad experience at your service center. You guys doen't know why are you making engine software update and what needs to be cross checked before delivering the vehicle. I was force to use Uber on a weekend as your team didn't even have loan vehicle to offer me. I am also not sure engine warning rootcause after software update was fixed or just masked the issue by changing the sensor. I see my car's tire pressure losing continuously from the day one i have taken out from your repair center. Finally i was forced to change my tire as mechanic reported a screw penetrated into the tire shoulder.

Overall, i am very disappointed.

clean, efficient, answers my questions clearly
Every time I go for regular maintenance, the staff is clear about what will be done and how long it will take. The waiting area is usually clean but seating is so low they are difficult to get out of at times. I like when my sales agent Manny sees me and comes over to greet me. Makes me feel welcome and important.

Quick short notice Appointment for Service
I needed a battery installed badly!! Also added oil change and a couple of other items.
I also had time constraints on my availability.
IVAN got me in, accurately taken care of and done in plenty of time.
There was also no hard sell of unwanted services that you usually encounter at dealers.
I have 2 Hyundais both purchased at other dealers but will always be back to Patrick for service needs. This is my 3rd great experience here.
