Carrie said she went into the business to get her brakes repaired but when she went to go pick up her vehicle, her window was broken. She could not get the window to roll back up and had to go elsewhere to get it repaired. No one told her that her window was even broken, she had to find out on her own.

We were unaware of the problem with the window being stuck in the down position, it was very hot outside that day and window was left down so interior would be cooler when car was picked up. If you had been able to leave car for the repairs we would have been more than happy to repair the window problem. Sorry for any inconvience or misunderstanding. Thank you for your patronage.
