Yes, we made an unfortunate error with Pam's husbands vehicle. We employee people and mistakes unfortunately happen, but because this situation was our fault we did everything in our power to make it right. By providing an egine with close to the same mileage and a rental car on us while we fixed the vehicle. Bob to our knowledge was not happy, but didn't leave on bad terms. This is the first we are hearing about the radiator and if we did damage it while putting the new engine in we would replace it on us again, but this has not been brought to our attention.
