I have been coming here for years, and I genuinely hope ownership sees this as constructive criticism.
Unfortunately, this visit was enough for me to decide it will be my last, and I can no longer recommend this shop to friends or family.
The technician either did not know what he was doing or simply didn't care. Thankfully, all I needed was a single tire installation. What concerned me even more was the overall condition of the business. The shop itself was absolutely disgusting—filthy, cluttered, and completely lacking the cleanliness you would expect from a professional automotive facility. There was a Porsche on a lift with parts removed from the car scattered across the floor as if they were trash. A shop reflects the quality of the work being performed, and this did not inspire confidence.
The exterior is also in poor condition, with a deteriorated sign, faded paint, and even a food trailer blocking the showroom windows. It gives the impression that the business has simply stopped caring.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the atmosphere. Not a single smile from anyone to anyone. There was no sense of pride, no positive interaction with customers, and not even among the employees themselves. You could genuinely feel the low morale throughout the shop. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday, so it certainly wasn't the end of a long day.
I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously because this business has built a good reputation over the years, and it would be a shame to see it continue down this path. This business needs serious upgrade and upkeep.
