Scammers

I'd rate zero if I could. Purchased a Groupon for wheel alignment. I arrived for alignment and was told one hour. After the hour the "rude guy at desk tells me I owe 45. They couldn't do alignment and said I needed new inner and outer tie rods. " After going back and forth and asking me if Imread fine line in Groupon. plus warning me ahead of time. I knew this was too good to be true. The mechanic showed me tie rods need fix. I ask the rude guy how much but I had already step outside to compose myself. checking parts and labor thinking 500. I go back inside and he quotes me 1,300 o but I'll wave the 45. I laughed at him still raising his voice at me. I tell him Im leaving a bad review. He goes belictick on me. "saying what did I do " I realize this place is a scam even before I know there rating are bad. The lady behind the other desk comes out with 2 Texas Roadhouse coupons to off set the 45. If I pay by credit they want 5%. So I give them a 100. Guess what no change. So a worker goes cash it at gas station. I go to pay with 2 twenties and a ten. no change. Angela tells the obnoxious rude guy charge me 40. Well that's the last money you'll ever get out of me. Good luck on your terrible business. Groupon refunded me the money for alignment and investigation has begone. They also told me I need new tires. The next day I go get new tires and askthem to check tie rods. The mechanic tells me my tie rods are good. Imagine that keep your money in your wallet and go else where. This place is a joke.
