Craig said it took this business three times longer than the promised time to do the work and the cost was also three times more than he was expecting. He would not recommend this business because of this.

Again as you posted a bad review on google as well.  Not only was the issue stated to be wrong not the problem and the actual fix required removing the transmission and obtaining obsolete parts.  But the invoice still has not been paid and was sent to collections do to failure to pay on agreed terms.  If you have a problem with our service or business practices we encourage you to contact us to give us a oportunity to make it right.  However after multiple attempts to contact you you have failed to return multiple voice mails.  Please feel free to post a correct review of how the transaction took place.

"DIDN'T GET THE SERVICE I WANTED"
MY QUOTE WAS DOUBLE I GOT MY CAR FIXED FOR. NOT BEING TOLD I WOULD BE PAYING FOR DIAGNOSTIC BEFORE WAS SHOCK TO ME.
