"Chevy Colorado"
I am very pleased with the work that was performed, I brought this vehicle in after taking it to another shop actually a dealership and received an estimate 10 times what I ended up paying. The estimate I got from the dealership was very vague and didn't convince me the work they wanted to perform would fix my issue, when I brought the vehicle to platinum I received a phone call within a couple hours and I was told with confidence what my problem was which had nothing to do with any of the work that the dealership wanted to do. Platinum was able to stay within my budget and fix the issue the best they could staying within a budget keeping get me well informed of possible issues that could arise in the future being very upfront and honest. Let me remind you again that none of the work the dealership wanted to perform which totaled over 2000 dollars would have solved the original issue I had and I received no real answers from them after they had my vehicle for 10 hours. Thankyou again platinum for listening to what my real concerns were, understanding the value of time and money and breaking things down simply to make me feel educated in the choices you affected to keep my truck on the road.
