as clean and airy as it is now and your employees left a lot to be desired. However, the salesman with whom I interacted was quite personable, I don't remember his name. Because of him I returned in 1995 to buy my second car and with the greatest of fortune I met
Mr. Frank Mosca, who to my dismay passed away on August 14, 2018. A great loss for Plaza Auto Mall. Through Frank I bought my three cars the last being January 2015. Frank was a gem of a salesman, I'm sorry you did not see that he should have been used as a trainer of future salesmen; he was truly a people person. Your service department in 1993 was the pits, today it's a pleasure to come to have my car serviced and your personnel have greatly improved, no more snapping at your customers which I came up against once which was not nice. I've been back several times and has not seen that particular individual, thank you.
