"Costly repairs twice"
I have been going to this repair shop for years and have been happy with the service and customer service I have received over the years. Last week I had to have my car towed twice to this garage due to a dead battery and then a dead alternator. I wish the first time I would have been told that the alternator was defective to avoid a second visit but unfortunately things happen. My car is fixed now with new battery, alternator and serpentine belt so things are much better although it cost more than $850. I will still take my future business to this repair shop because of the great quality of people that own and run this shop. I do hope that future diagnosis will be more thoroughly performed to prevent future comebacks.

"My Nieghborhood garage"
Going to Pleasant Auto is like going to my neighbor to get my car fixed. They listen to all my problem, they explain what they are going to do, they give me options and the friendliness just wants you to come back

"Super Satisfied Customer"
Front tire noise, no appointment when I arrived. Pleasant Auto immediately looked and my vehicle, found the problem (bolt in tire) and repaired it. Very little time waiting, very reasonable cost and again a very happy customer!
