Poor communication as usual
I have purchased 4 cars here and there is always a communication issue AFTER the purchase. I would recommend the dealership for price as compared to other dealers, but their communication is terrible. I had to finally contact the Attorney Generals Office for Consumer Affairs in order to resolve on of the issues.

on the whole the dealership is good, but I feel that more communication and a speedier service would help. I do not live in Fredericksburg and to have to take car to dealership each time for a service and knowing that they will have it for the whole day is a great inconvience

Bad car wash
Oil change & inspection good. Then they washed car & pulled off antenna cover. They didn't even know. My husband inspected car and found missing antenna cover. He went to service desk and complained. They found cover & reglued it while we waited. They need to inspect car after wash before giving to customers.

Thank you for your business and for taking the time to fill out the review.  I reviewed your service visit and at the mileage the vehicle was brought in the only thing recommended is the oil and filter change.  Your next service visit will consist of an oil and filter change and tire rotation.  I do apologize that your vehicle was not returned cleaner than when it was brought it.  I will put a notation on your file that your next service visit we will perform a hand wash and vac.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions/concerns or need any assistance in the future.
