"60,000 mile service"
No scheduled appointment, and came in for an oil change on a Sat morning. Was offered the 60,00 mile service since I was within 2,000 miles of it. Was offered 3 levels of service. Selected the one which made the most sense for me. Not cheap, but since I plan on keeping the car forever, I decided to spend the money. I was asked to leave it for a few hours. Everything was fine, and I was on my way in a few hours.

"The people in the Service Department, at Pohanka Hyundai in Fredricksburg, VA."
The Service Department at Pohanka Hyundai make me feel at home and always go out of their way to assist me. The reason I bought this car, my second Azera, is because of the quality of service. I had some questions about my bill after this last service and 3 members of the service department provided a prompt and complete response. I don't know anything about maintaining my car and rely on the expertise of the service department. I recently purchased new tires for my auto from Pohanka after being mislead and mistreated at Costco. You beat Costco's price and treated me with courtesy and respect. This Service department is outstanding. They are professional, well informed and responsive.

Normally 5-star efficient Pohanka Hyundai of Fredericksburg forfeited a star this time due to a mix-up caused by an employee in training. It happens. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone based on one innocent mistake.

I noticed I’d forgotten to get a sticker for my sonata and called on a Saturday morning and they said yes come on down . They said it I would take an hour and a half and it only took an hour they provide you with coffee and I warm nice place to sit I love his dealer and love my car
