We are sad that you are unhappy with your visit to our shop.
Unfortunately you didn't express in your review what did really happen.
Our technicians are certified professionals that know what they are doing.
You came in with an AC concern stating that it would not blow at all.
We informed you that will charge you half an hour to diagnose.
One of our technicians did an electrical diagnosis and verified the blower motor resistor was bad.
It's general best practice to replace the resistor and blower motor together. That's what we quoted you for about $500.
With an approved repair, we offered you not charging you for the diagnostic. You weren't happy with the price and said you thought it was only going to be $20 to fix it.
You were annoyed by the cost of the repair and decided to do not repair it.
We only charge you for the diagnosis cost that you agreed to pay when you drop the car.
We didn't take your money, you pay for the labor that you requested to know what was the problem with your car's A/C.
