Was taken care of with a sence of urgency, always was getting updated with what was going on. And got my car back pretty quick. Every one was friendly and helpful. Thanks y'all and Hyundai for honoring warranties.

"Friendly Service"
I like working with Poway Hyundai, they recently added Saturday service to their hours, which is very convenient. On longer services, I have been able to get shuttle transportation to work, which was also very convenient.

"Efficient, friendly service"
When you ask about the Hyundai brand, I would probably not recommend the brand. My first Hyundai which we gave to my son is a great car and gets good gas mileage. My new Hyundai gets 28 mpg which is far below what I was quoted when I bought it. I have never received any response to my complaint except shrugged shoulders....a kind of "Oh well" response. So, I went from being a very happy customer to being a very disillusioned customer. The advertising of the gas mileage seems to me to deserve criminal action because the MPG estimate was so far off. I am no longer a happy Hyundai customer. Please forward this complaint to the Hyundai corporate office.
Your service department gave excellent service on my car, but was not helpful or give any advice as to what I could do to get answers on my MPG problem.

"Great Service!"
I applaud the great customer service efforts I received at Poway Hyundai! After arriving for a scheduled vehicle re-call and check appointment, I was informed that the service appointment date was actually made for the following week from the day I arrived. Amanda in the service center was very kind and more than helpful in arranging the servcie department to fit my vehicle in as I was visiting from out of town assisitng my daughter with her vehilce needs as she was recovering from a personal injury accident and unable to drive.

Keep up the GREAT work team Poway Hyundai!

This dealer gets it and follows through on their service promises. If all Hyundai dealers acted this way, Hyundai Corp. would have a much better reputation.

"Awesome Hyundai Service!!!"
The service your check-in people do and the mechanics is great. The mechanic notices my Battery was failing and they checked it out and replaced for free due to the Warranty. When I call to make appointments, Noe is quick and asks all the right questions. I feel very comfortable waiting for it too!
