went in because my car was making a noise. after spending $320 to replace parts that was said to be the problem, i went home to find the noise was still there. they were closed for the weekend so i decided to go into a ford dealership to have them tell me what the problem was. come to find out all i needed to do was add power steering fluid to car. this was a 4 dollar fix, and the noise was gone! and the parts that precision auto had replaced didnt need to be fixed. they also charged me for parts installed that did not exist in my vehicle. i will never go here again. they saw that they could rip me off and they did. very unprofessional. would never recommend their service to anyone!
