"Two little plastic screw caps were left off after servicing which caused warning lights to come on"
I like Precision Automotive but the last time I got my oil changed and car smogged a bunch of check engine lights and warning lights came on. I did research to find out what they meant and opened the hood to try some solutions. Luckily my daughter noticed two little screw-on caps sitting in a divot under the hood. It was obvious where they went so I put them back on and the lights went off. They were obviously taken off during servicing and not put back on which caused all the warning lights to come on. It could have been very costly to me if I had taken the car into a garage and paid a mechanic to figure out the same thing I did. I'm grateful for my daughter and her sharp eyes!!!! After this I'm not sure I'd recommend Precision anymore.

             Sorry you had problems with our service on your toyota.  It not like us to  leave something like that loose.    Sounds like my new service tech  needs to slow down and  double check his work.   Thank you for letting me now so i can handle this with my new employie and keep this from happening again.
