Scheduling issue, attitude
After confirming on the phone a set time for an appointment, we moved our schedule around and arrived to find that they forgot to schedule us for that day and now claim that they expected us to reach out for a final confirmation. So we were already frustrated when we arrived two days later. Photos of a minor oil leak were sent AFTER work was agreed upon, which would’ve been deferred if I had seen the photos first. On top of all of that, we got attitude from the front desk when we indicated that we purchased a replacement part ourselves instead of through them. So in the span of two days we experienced scheduling problems, a somewhat exaggerated mechanical problem with delayed proof, and bad attitude from staff. Probably not going back here after years of loyalty.
