When I arrived to get an oil change there was a fleet of cars. I asked the mechanic how long it would take and he said he could push me ahead of the fleet since they dropped their cars. He estimated I’d be done in 45 min and my car was actually ready in under the estimated time. It was a very pleasant experience.
