great service just took longer than i expected
the quality of my service was great. i got an oil change and they vacuumed out the front. amenities are great i just didn’t expect to be there for so long especially since i had an appointment.

good location, the operation is very efficent, staff are friendly
I live in South Boston and didn't know whether I would continue to bring my car to the dealer given its age (2005) and the fact that I would be going from Boston-Quincy to Boston-Rockland. However the trip is not bad and the staff makes you feel that they appreciate your business.

Terrible service advise
Lied to me about needing to do brake work for the car to pass inspection. Also said rear rotors and pads with 15k miles on them need to be replaced already.

Very pleasant
While I was displeased that I needed to perform work on my car after just 3 months of ownership, the warranty did cover some of it. The staff in the service department were excellent. They kept me informed and were very courteous.

Great Service!
I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Prime 5 years ago now (back when it was in Quincy) and have always come back for service. They do a great job... very thorough and always explain the services needed if its beyond a simple oil change. Love the wash and vacuum too. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!

Tire alignment doesn't seem aligned
Came in last Thursday for a scheduled oil change/tire rotation. Upsold on a tire alignment, which is fine (I expect these asks) but when I was driving out and away the alignment didn't seem straight. The car was pulling a bit more to the right than it was previously doing before I brought it in, though thankfully still drivable. Sadly I wasn't able to bring it right back in as I was driving out to NY right after the appointment.

Probably just a bad day

Very good dealership
