Kenneth said he felt like this business should have done a better job providing service. They replaced the water pump in his vehicle, but the thermostat was also bad. He said he felt like they should have test driven his vehicle. Instead they returned his vehicle to him while it was still overheating.

Kenneth was contacted about the fact the car was running very poorly and would not idle. Kenneth's answer was that he was aware of the poor running condition and that he just wanted the leaking water pump replaced. We replaced the water pump as the customer requested.
