Felt duped.
Service was good, but per hr. Labor was very high. My parts were approved. $240 but my labor was $465. Could've went to dealer.

Sonya said she was a first-time customer, and had a very bad experience. Mr. Proctor charged her for 4 hours of labor. It was nothing major, and her vehicle didn't require that. Her vehicle was returned dirty. She had a coupon for $400 to $499 worth of labor. The labor charge was for $420, and she was told she couldn't use the coupon. He gave a lame excuse as to why it couldn't be used.

Tire problems
I am constantly picking up nails in my tires. Proctors always put air in and makes sure I’m good until I can replace them. They also explained why my ties are so prone to picking up nails. They are friendly and prompt. If I didn’t have a warranty with the dealer I would let proctor replace my tires.

Howard said he was not happy with his visit to the business. When he took his vehicle in, he told the owner and the service manager he would not be able to pick it up until Friday. They assured him they would not get to it right away, as they had 5 or 6 vehicles in front of his. They called before Friday to tell him it was finished. They informed him they had repaired things he had not authorized. They were minor repairs and the charges for them were minor so he didn't object, but when he picked it up on Friday, they charged him a service fee for the late pick-up. He also objected to the $500 charge for diagnostics when they had told him it would be $150. The owner of the business contacted him this morning to see if he was happy. Howard told him he was not happy. The owner told him he would make it up to him on his next visit and Howard told him there would not be a next time. He will not be a return customer.

Service provided follow up
I went in for a steering box follow up and found the valve cover leaking oil. The valve cover gasket was replaced at no charge because it was previously done in September. I also have an oxygen sensor replaced. Thank you.
