Good reliable service
The dealership is under renovation. Leads to a little confusion, but the folks are working through it. My car took much longer than it should have. They comped my oil change.

I have driven Hyundai for about Eighteen years and I wish I had known about Pugi Hyundai, the service department is excellent. I have gone to other dealers and you be in the service area waiting for about 3 hours for an oil change. Yes I recommend Pugi Hyundai 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Amazing Service
When our Santa Fe Sport had a major issue and needed to be towed into a local dealer I was hesitant on what dealer to bring it to. After calling around and speaking to several dealers regarding availability and availability of a loaner car Pugi was our choice. Having a loaner car is extremely important to me since I needed to get to work the next day. Pugi did mentioned that even if they did not have a loaner car available they would put us in a rental. Upon our arrival we spoke to Glenn and he reassured us that we will receive the best treatment possible and not to worry about anything. Glenn made arrangements for the rental company to pick us up from the dealer. This transition went so smoothly and quickly that I couldn't have asked for a better experience from both Glenn at Pugi and Katrina at Enterprise. Glenn kept us in contact every step of the way and could not have asked for a better dealership to go through this experience with. Even though this dealership is not local to us, I will make the extra drive and return to them for my car needs weather it's a purchase or just service. Thank you Glenn for the amazing and painless experience.

Always takes care of me
I came in for an oil change and they found out I needed brakes. I had heard a noise and didn't tell them but they check out everything anyway. They also connected me with car credit , which has no interest for 6 months. Always excellent and thoughtful. Would not go anywhere else.
