Service Manager
Glenn Potter, Hyundai Service Manager is outstanding & such a wonderful, pleasant person, very accommodating. Glenn should be recognized for his wonderful job! Only concern I have with my Santa Fe Sport is have had two problems in less than a year with gas door not opening & passenger door lock problems/broken keeping my dome lights on inside car on. Happened while going to train in Belmont so continued on to Dealer. Hope this is not becoming a trend with problems on my car. Will have four years in August 2018. Other than that, love my car, thanks! ūüėÄ

Oil change
The oil change was done in just over an hour. Friendly personnel. I wish they would have reset the notice on instrument panel that says you need service in so many miles-which I was told they would do that when I scheduled my appointment. I was able to figure it out & reset it myself, so all is good. Now I know for the next time. I feel the service department does a good job overall.

Oil Change
Had a 7 AM appointment on a Friday morning. Should probably avoid that time as it was very busy but still had me out of there by about 8:15 am. Overall, service was good. Have a couple of nice waiting area's with Coffee so not a bad place to wait.

They are respectful and efficient.
I brought my car in for an oil change without an appointment. They were extremely busy. For the mileage on my car it was suggested the tires were due to be rotated. My oil change and tire rotation, plus a wash outside and vacuum inside, were finished before I knew it.

Pugi is a great place!!
