Quail Springs Automotive has been my "go to' auto repair resource for several years
In the first place it is a very professional organization with well trained guys doing the actual work. The front line staff are similarly efficient> I am amazed that I can my old Rendezvous in to them with something worn out or failed and given time to analyze the problem they give reliable information as to cost and necessary time for repairs. I do not waste time comparing prices I have much experience with them and believe their pricing is appropriate and competitive. However it is their work, integrity and efficiency that has created my complete confidence in the organization. I am 97 years old and have been dealing for years past with service departments of Auto dealers ad never have experienced one as transparent, honest and efficient> Quail Springs Auto provides true SERVICE for their customers. I'm thankful that they are keeping me mobile in my jalopy . Thanks

Front end noise
Still rattles. Haven't found noise create when new shocks were installed.

YOU called us wanting a price for new struts. I gave you a price, never seeing the car or being aware you were trying to fix a rattle problem, we installed the shocks/struts YOU REQUESTED. After the fact is when you told us uou STILL had the rattle. We have fixed several rattles  since then at NO CHARGE but can't seem to satisfy you.  It is never  a good idea to try to diagnose a problem yourself and then blame the business because it didn"t fix what you wanted. sincerely Mike, owner
