Quick Turn When Needed...
Heard a weird sound I was concerned might be brakes. I was about to head to Vegas... in this crazy weather. Quality Auto was able quickly confirm that it was brakes, and take care of it quickly so it did not adversely impact my trip... and I was able to travel safely.

Hello Ipac, I just reviewed the repair order to find out what happened to your vehicle and see that it had a lean code when it arrived yet wasn’t lean when we checked it. I explained that there was a possibility that when the engine was cold that the intake gaskets may leak and cause a lean condition until it warmed up. It was necessary to check first thing in the morning when cold to verify this and you said you understood at the time. I’m not sure if you understood what I was telling you, but I’m sorry for the mis-communication. I just wanted to rule out one more cause for your cars check engine light being on. Thank you, Mike

Mike at Quality Auto Service has been maintaining our two Honda cars for the past six years. Our cars are now 12 and 14 years old, so a variety of issues have come up. He seems to have excellent diagnostic equipment, and is quick at figuring out and then fixing the problem. He is certified for AAA repairs as well as performing the STAR auto emission tests. I highly recommend Quality Auto Service.
