I got taken n they broke my PS PUMP DIDNT EVEN TELL ME
(Since Julie n Eddie who were 100% honest professional n really cared for there customers over 20 years)(mind u this is not quality auto care anymore it's A1 quality auto care dont get mixed up)(Julie Eddie sold there business to jay a year ago this place has become what most repair shops are titled Lying in ure face/ doin work with no authorization no approval which is in direct violation with Florida law)(after your cars issue is checked out/ ps there should be no charge for the repair shop to check out ure cars problem)(they have to give u written estimate date what's to be done what parts that will be replaced u need to sign n date it before they start/ when there done they need to show you the parts that were replaced/most people think woman get ripped off at repair shops well there 100% incorrect I'm a marine n was taken/they went ahead n did work on my car with no approval no authorization told me I had to pay $322.73 or I couldn't take my car)(also they broke my power steering pump didn't bother telling me it's leaking severely you turn the wheel u hear a loud noise fluid is running very hot bubbling out of the top of the reservoir /they didn't even bother to tell me they broke my power steering pump mysteriously/ they had to change the balancer belt u have to take off the power steering pump to get to the timing case cover/mind u I had no power steering problems before I brought it in now it's going to cost me Approx $500 to replace the power steering pump)(if u have n issue contact the department of f agriculture which is consumer services in Tallahassee also file a complaint with the attorney general's office/also contact the MV REPAIR DEPARTMENT WITH COMPLAINT N THE DBPR THEY CANT RENEW THERE MV LICENSE THEY SCREWED ME I HATE TO SEE ANYONE ELSE GET SCREWED/make sure u sign that pre estimate n date it n if there's any other work to be done they have to tell you n u have to agree n sign the additional work
