Kristin said it took them about 6 weeks to give the vehicle back. Her vehicle failed the inspection and she was not given a receipt. She stated they are dishonest and she wouldn't recommend them to her worst enemy.

Joan said they were nice, but they were too busy to fix her vehicle. It took her 4 days to get her vehicle back and it's not all the way fixed.
