Richard said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he waited 1 hour for an oil change even though he was told it would take 15 minutes. His vehicle was ready 45 minutes later than promised because the business was slow at getting another customer in front of him out of there. He was not completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because of the reasons already stated. The business could serve him better by being more prompt. The normal service manager Allen is great and he just happened to not be at the business during his service and he only has issues when Allen is not there.
