Bob stated that they knew he had a trip to make and when they addressed the issue he went for, they discovered other issues that would make it dangerous to take it on the road. They were able to squeeze him in and take care of the issue. He said that the staff is knowledgeable, especially Andy who has a vast knowledge of mechanics, and if he is not sure on something, he looks it up and follows up on it. He said that he appreciates Andy and that he is very dedicated to customer service.
