I saw a car listed and the dealers name was Top Motors with the exact address...is this really Top Motors or is it Rayo?
I read everyone's reviews and I am floored by all the horrible experiences everyone has had. I hope this crook gets thrown in prison for fraud but I doubt that will happen since these types of people get away with this stuff all the time in all fields. This is not fair to hard working people. I too have been ripped off by thieves and it left me numb.
