Rayo Net Properties Sued in Dallas Court. Get your settlement refund
Rayo Net Properties, Rayo Motors and its crooked owner Juan Carlos Olvera (175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089) were sued by SeniorTex Investment LLC and Manager Huaying Liu (1702 Turtle Rock Court, Carrollton, TX 75007).

Rayo Net Properties and Rayo Motors are shutdown. SeniorTex won the lawsuit in 2019, and Juan Carlos Olvera had to pay them $130,000 dollars.

If you are a victim, please contact the State of Texas Attorney General or Rockwall County District Attorney. Selling unsafe used cars like those with air bags removed, failing to provide proper financing or title documents, lying about the condition of the vehicle, and mail and wire fraud are all crimes.

You may be entitled to a refund, cash settlement, and other damages.

Juan Carlos Olvera has plenty of money, owns real estate in several cities, and resides in a $2 million dollar estate in Rowlett. He has the money to pay you. With his court record, he will settle with you because he can't win a law suit. He has too much history cheating people, breaking the law and getting caught.

I finally received the money he owed me. Good luck to you and God bless.

By the way, his new company is called Dallas All American Properties. Same address as the other companies that were sued.

Real Estate Investment Scam
Rayo Net Properties has been renamed to Dallas All American Properties. Same owner, Juan Carlos Olvera.

Olvera approached me to refinance his primary residence, which is the same as his Rowlett business address. Olvera wanted to secure the loan with this property, but when that failed to meet the valuation, he brought forth several business assets (real estate, restaurants and auto dealership). Olvera disclosed that all of these businesses and his residence had multiple loans, and that he was going to default on them. He did not seem to have any issue with this. This ofcourse was one of many flags. If he is so eager to screw others, what's stopping him from doing the same to me.

Property records were a convoluted mess. Olvera had detailed stories for all of the liens and sales. What I could never understand is why he kept selling the property to himself (or one of his businesses) over and over again. When I drove out to the property, I was told Olvera no longer lived there and was locked out behind a gate. I called other homes, which let me in. Olvera’s home had significant storm damage and other repair issues. In the driveway, I recognized Olvera’s car. Olvera later told me he had no idea why someone in his house would say he no longer lived there.

I found 2 listings in the past 6 months where the home was for sale. Olvera explained that he was not trying to sell the home. He was just trying to see what the house was really worth. Another mystery.

Olvera name dropped multiple attorney names that would contact me to answer questions. I don't think he could keep up with his lies. I enjoyed his stories of prominent, wealthy individuals that would vouch for him. If this was the case, why don't they loan him the money?

I never heard from any of his attorneys or wealthy friends. I never was able to confirm his identity, contact information, or existence of his multiple businesses or assets.

I did find ongoing lawsuits in Dallas and Rockwall courts against Olvera and his businesses. And a 3 week old foreclosure notice and public auction for his home.

This guy is running multiple scams and should be deported.

Embarrassing Scam
I'm a realtor specializing in the upper end of residential real estate in the DFW metro. I saw this listing at 175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett for a large, lake front estate priced at $1.7m. I presented it to a great client that immediately became interested in the property. To make a long story short, I embarrassed myself professionally and ultimately lost the client. The listing was inaccurate and misleading in just about every possible way. To name a few, it was not lake front or complete. The quality of the home and its contents were grossly below anything near its listed price range. The listing and the home would not pass an inspection or stand up to a survey. The most embarrassing issue was that the property and its owner are clearly involved in some type of fraud and other legal liabilities. My client discovered the ridiculous number of liens, mortgages and "property sales" before I did (my fault as I trusted the listing agency). Rayo Net Properties, Mr. Juan Olvera, Mr. Michael Murphree, Ms. Lily Moore, and Dallas All American Properties (and many other companies) are all at this address. Interesting as the home is not homesteaded, allowed to be a business address, and appears to change hands every time they rack up too many liens to include mechanic liens. After 8 years as a realtor, I'm apparently still learning about the "scams". I have no idea if the listing, Rayo Net Properties, or anything else at this address is legitimate.

Bad Business
I own a small business in DFW that provides construction materials for residential and commercial projects. I had the misfortune of doing business with Rayo Net Properties in 2017 and 2018. I heard every possible excuse from Rayo Net and its owner about why they have not paid their invoices. They attempt to blame contractors, delivery drivers, and everyone else on the job site. They are constantly churning through suppliers and contractors for this reason. Its unethical businesses like this one that drive up costs for everyone else. Avoid all of the businesses associated with this owner and address. Rayo Net Properties, Rayo Motors, Rayo Santos, Juan Carlos Olvera, Carnes Finas

Not an honest business
You can't trust anybody these days.

Same owner owns Rayo Motors and a few other businesses according to the State of Texas website.

They ripped my son off and refuse to even communicate with him. The car is sitting in my driveway leaking oil. It doesn't run anymore. Front end suspension needs to be totally redone, multiple sensors are out, and catalytic converter needs to be replaced.

Trying to find a local lawyer.
