Spoke with Flo. She said this business took care of her vehicle and she was happy with what they did. They have always been up-front with her vehicle's diagnosis and they never overcharge for work. They offer free diagnostic services. However, the personnel are usually friendlier than they were during her visit this time, and when she called for an update the employee she spoke with had to put her on hold in order to find out her vehicle's status. Usually they know right away.

Spoke with Emily. She said she has visited this business multiple time before and receives excellent service. She took her vehicle in to get the radiator fixed and they did not connect one of the hoses so no water was in the radiator and she had to tow the vehicle back to them. They told her they normally don't pay for the towing but they would this time. They didn't put the bolts in the bottom of the radiator and she had to take it back to them again and then they broke the plastic pieces and had to take it back to get it fixed.

Rodney said he has used this business before and they have never given him a reason to not to return. They did everything perfectly. However, it would have cost more than he thought to fix his vehicle so he took it home until he has the money to do the work.

"They will take care of, and know how to take care of, small or large repairs in a fair manner."
Always a pleasant experience to have the guys take care of car problems, rate the ones most immediately needing attention and those problems that may wait depending on financial factors.
