Renee said her experiences with the business have always been very good. The employees have been extremely nice, She stated, apparently, they know what they are doing because she does not. They don't mind answering her questions. On one visit, she stopped in because there was a light on in her dash. The young man looked at it, told her what it was and fixed it at no charge. She said the prices seem right to her, and she would like to ask them, please, don't close up and go away.

"Replacing headlight"
I saw that my headlight was out on my CRV. With snow predicted,this is our snow car & I know we needed both headlights working. I called them in the morning & they worked me in to replace the bad bulb. We greatly appreciate their service especially during these very cold days.

Around New Years, I noticed that my tires were lacking grip in the snow. On January 2, I called Red Ridge and they scheduled me the very next day for a new set of tires. I waited very little time and the job was completed with an alignment and new tires for a fair price.

Quality work, honesty, great service and the personal touch is the reason I have trusted Chris, Bruce, Eric and Red Ridge for over 15 years.

Pleased as always! What else can you want in your mechanics?
