"Dead Battery"
My battery died and left me stranded on a day when I had too many things to do. Red Ridge came to my rescue and saved the day.

Have been using Red Ridge Auto Repair for for service on our Hondas for years and don't see any reason to go elsewhere. Easy scheduling maintenance using the 6K service and they always explain any items that may require further attention.

"The Weight of EXperience"
My wife and I moved to Frostburg in 2012. We have two vehicles: a 2001 Saturn L200 and a 2008 Toyota 4Runner. Over the almost six years we have been here we have taken our cars to Red Ridge a total of 51 times; for oil changes, purchase of tires, general automotive maintenance and repairs. I can recommend their work without qualification. Bruce, Chris and the rest of the staff are competent, friendly and reliable. They are straight-shooters and trustworthy. If you live in the area, Red Ridge should be your "go to" place for vehicle maintenance.

"Red Ridge keeps my Trusty Ford Escape humming along."
I knew my 2005 Ford Escape with nearly 170,000 miles on it needed some serious automotive assesment. In addition to a few items I noticed I asked Red Ridge to completely assess the vechicle. They gave me a full report an hour after they opened and said it would probably take 2 days to do all the repairs.
It was ready the next day.
I appreciate their thorough, frank, automotive knowledge, fast, friendly, service and reasonable cost.
