Service has been great; however:
I was caught off guard when told that my three year/100,000 miles warranty that was purchased at the time I bought my Santa Fe Sport would not be honored after two more service visits. I would appreciate a letter explaining the reason and what you can do to correct this. My trust level for the company is way down even though I have greatly appreciated the service department.

Hello,

Your factory warranty is not affected, in the least, however, you might be referring to the maintenance plan that was obtained by the previous owners of the dealership.  The current owner is working diligently to request a remedy from Grand West Auto, as these maintenance agreements were made directly with Grand West.  To assist in this change to you maintenance agreement, we are offering all previous Grand West clients a complementary 3-pack maintenance of oil and filter changes, tire rotations, technician inspections and car washes, for 1 year, in hopes that Grand West will produce a remedy.
