I’m really not satisfied with the Hyundai brand. My leather steering wheel is pitted and numerous things are showing quite a bit of wear. I will never buy another Hyundai because the quality is so poor. Regional Hyundai is not bad, I’m just dissatisfied with the Hyundai brand.

From the first day I called Regional Hyundai to inquire about the vehicles available for purchase, through the purchasing process, and through the years I've owned the car, the management and staff have gone over the top to ensure my satisfaction. They are courteous and caring towards their customers and knowledgeable about their product. I would never recommend anyone else but Regional Hyundai.

Love Hyundai in Broken Arrow, OK. Customer service is awesome and am very happy with our new Sante Fe. The only thing I would say is that they should not tint the side front windows as you can't see at night with the tint so we had it removed. Also the factory should add a running board on both sides for older people ( like me, who is short) as it is very difficult getting into the car. My fear is that in a year or two it will be almost impossible to get into the car with a step stool, Surely the engineers can come up with a solution to this problem. If you are young and short it is not such a problem but when you are old you are not as limber and it is uncomfortable getting into the SanteFe
