Spoke with Maria. She said the staff were knowledgeable and explained everything to her. They were courteous and friendly. She was impressed with their greeting because they seemed genuine. They had a happy atmosphere and put her at ease as far as what she needed to have done that day and what could wait. They did not push her to get everything the vehicle needed done.

So, allow me to put this in very simple terms! do not pass go, do not collect $200, allow Rennen do do all your import needs! Steve and Audra are the reason for my return business! They have been my go to for several years! My Rover and my Beemer have NEVER ONCE been returned due the original problem not being repaired correctly in the first place! These guys are beyond honest, explaining to you ever repair and what TRULY needs to be done rather than collecting your money and running with it! NEVER ONCE, has Steve or Audra led me in the wrong direction! Reeves on the other hand, yeah not so much! So in conclusion, allow Rennen to be YOUR go to peeps! You WILL NOT be mislead! I challenge you to prove me wrong!!

I adore Audra! She is the sweetest! Then there's Steve, who honest beyond your imagination! I have been a customer of Rennan for years! I would recommend them ANY DAY, over Reeves! NEVER ONCE have I ever had to return my vehicle for improper repairs! NOT EVER! Toure making a HUGE mistake by not taking your vehicle to Rennen! Trust me in this one!!

Edson said he went to this business for an oil change and for a light on the dashboard. The technician told him he needed a sensor. The oil change and the sensor cost him $120. After leaving this business he went to another business and the technician told him that he needed an oil change. He shared with him that he had just had that service done. They filmed the oil change being performed. After the oil change the light went off. He is concerned that the service was not done at this business. He plans to report it to the B.B.B. He wants a refund of the money that he paid this business.

When a business opens the doors to the public you have to be prepared to take the good with the bad. Fortunately, 99.5% of the customers that come to us are wonderful and we do our very best to meet their expectations. However, sometimes a lunatic comes in and does not show his or her colors until the you have completed the job. This customer had an oil light on and was told of the very common problem that some Audi's have with sensors and oil consumption. He declined the repair but approved the oil change with the understanding that the light may not go off if the sensor is not fixed. After picking up the car and realizing the light was still on he had a major meltdown getting loud and rude in our lobby. He was called later in the day and informed that he would not be getting a refund for his oil change and that he was not welcomed back.

"Cold A/C again!"
My A/C literally blew out during our endless Florida summer. Rennen needed to diagnose the problem and replace the parts that needed to be replaced. Also needed two new tires and ABS sensors. The car came back perfect. the tires are great, and the A/C is as cold as it has ever been. Great work! Rennen is the reason that I can keep this beautiful old car running.
