When a business opens the doors to the public you have to be prepared to take the good with the bad. Fortunately, 99.5% of the customers that come to us are wonderful and we do our very best to meet their expectations. However, sometimes a lunatic comes in and does not show his or her colors until the you have completed the job. This customer had an oil light on and was told of the very common problem that some Audi's have with sensors and oil consumption. He declined the repair but approved the oil change with the understanding that the light may not go off if the sensor is not fixed. After picking up the car and realizing the light was still on he had a major meltdown getting loud and rude in our lobby. He was called later in the day and informed that he would not be getting a refund for his oil change and that he was not welcomed back.
