In addition to the lack of actual service, the way I was treated made me feel discriminated against — as a woman
The staff spoke confidently and reassuringly at first, but their actions did not match their promises. Despite their “good talk,” they failed to follow through with any of the work they claimed they would complete.
This situation is incredibly disappointing, especially since AAA recommended this business. I expected honesty, professionalism, and fair treatment, and instead received the opposite: incomplete work, misleading explanations, and a $902 bill for services that were never performed.
Given the evidence from the second repair shop and the fact that my vehicle failed due to the same unresolved issues, I am requesting a full investigation, a detailed explanation of the charges, and appropriate action to remedy this situation.
