Their mechanic put two diagnostic instruments on the obd, but there were no codes, so he then did a visual inspection, then a hands-on inspection of the entire motor and found the problem hidden close by the firewall. Parts were ordered, installed, and the misfire corrected. I don't think other shops may have gone the extra mile to actually put hands on the motor as this mechanic (Tony?) did. I strongly recommend Richmond and will continue to service my cars with them. Their mechanic gets both my hands.
