Ed said the staff didn't align his vehicle very well and told him it needed more parts to align correctly. He's never had that issue before, and it seemed they just wanted more money from him. They left a tool under his chair and the staff told him that was what was making the noise. However, the noise didn't stop after they retrieved the tool. Something else is loose and rattling under the vehicle. He's not very happy with this business.

Jim said this business had a chance to earn his business as a long term customer, if they had done right by him, but they were only worried about the dollars they would get from him that day. If they had told him they thought it was the distributor, which is what he thought it was, offered to fix it, and not charged him the $90 diagnosis fee when he said no, he might have become repeat customer. As it is, he had his vehicle repaired at another business, and it turns out this business had misdiagnosed the problem.
