Missing Tray
We bought a GV70 in December 2021 it was supposed to include a reversible cargo tray but it wasn't there, we contacted the sales person and they said they would get us one, after several calls and unanswered texts we still have not received it, 5 months???

2022 GV 70 by Genesis
My purchase of genesis GV 70 from Rick case was very pleasant and fast they let me drive more than five cars before I decided on the one I got the GM fares was very helpful and speeding up the process and my salesman Jack was very patient with me I love the car and the experience I will be back for more thank you for the great service.

No loaner car, bad communication
I brought my car in for a service and router resurface at 9 am. I was told it would only take two hours so I didn’t bother to ask for a loaner since I leave near the dealership. However, after 2 hours, nobody called me. It wasn’t until the end of the day that someone called and said my car wouldn’t be ready until the next morning. The next morning comes and goes and nobody contacts me. I try calling and I’m out on hold for over an hour. I finally get in contact with someone and I ask for a loaner and I’m told they don’t have any available. They told me my car would be done by the end of the day. So that’s two entire days they’ve kept my car even though I was told it would be 2 hours. When I pick up my car it’s dirty. They didn’t even bother to wash it. My car is a lease, car washes are free at the dealership. You would think that given the terrible experience I had and the fact that it’s a lease they would have at least cleaned the car. Nobody explained to me the work that was done to the car and there’s a scratch on the rim that was never acknowledged

Could’ve been better. For a luxury car I didn’t really get luxury experience. Loaner had ants, and no gas. My entire conversation with the service rep was through text. Yea real personable.
