A year ago I bought the 24 GV80 and intially contacted Genesis concerning service. I have very low mileage and wanted to ensure I met all warranty requirements. Coccunut Creek Genesis said that I didn't buy from them and they are too busy. I drove to Rick Case due to my leaving multiple messages concerning service with no response. We make an appointment for my vehicle and take can't provide a vehcle until Dec 2, 2024, 3 months away. The service is not Gold Star. They have basically taken money and are not able to provide the concierge vehicle in a reasonable time period. I am driving the vehicle with the service warning popping up constantly. Buy the vehicle but save your money on this service.
