Rick case hyundai Plantation
Bait and switch- Went to Plantation Hyundai in November for a pre-owned car. The salesman said we could get a $5,000 rebate if I bought a new car. After sitting there for several hours getting the numbers for the car, we agreed on the price and shook hands with the sales manager and the salesman. There was a paper that we wrote all of the figures on, which mysteriously disappeared. They then told us it would be meeting with the finance manager soon. We were waiting another 2 hours! No reason this should have taken this long. So we were there over 6 hours, to purposely wear us down. I trusted them to honor the price we agreed on and quickly signed all of the documents , as I had to get my 75 year old husband out of there, as he is diabetic and his blood sugar was plummeting.
When i got home and looked at my papers, I saw that they charged me almost $5,000 more than the price we agreed upon!! I went back the next day to return the car, because according to the website, you have 3 days, but the sales manager, told me i couldn't return it, it was a "done deal", that everything goes over electronically immediately, which was a lie.
I am disgusted with their criminal tactics. I have never felt so violated in my life
