"Personal service from people who know their product"
I am very pleased and impressed with everyone I have met at the dealership from Patrick in sales, Bill the sales manager, Andrew, Kiel, and Manny in service. What a treat to work with people who know their job and product. I only wish I had gotten involved with the Rick Case dealers two or three cars back.
We came back and bought a second car I was so impressed.

"Service has always been great, purchasing the vehicle was a travesty. "
The service has always been excellent. I didn't have an appointment but they took care of my vehicle in a very timely manner. I was there to speak to the finance manager, Mike because I had a problem with the purchase of the the vehicle, he took care of that situation with no problem. During that time the car was serviced. The only problem I still have is the car seemed to have a terrible collision, which I had no knowledge of, and I had it repaired because I called Geico after hurricane Iris. I asked the inspector Matthew Ort from Geico if it was possible the car was sold to me with these broken problems under the hood. Matthew responded, "I hope not", and then he said "that would be unconscionable". I cannot understand how the front of the car could have been hit by a heavy truck. I always park in front of the car stop. Never back in. Also, there was no damage to the outside of the car, only inside. Please help me with this situation. I have been a customer of Hyundai for 22 years, and I can't believe that Hyundai sold me a damaged car. Joan Pacheco
