Brought my 2017 Sonata Sport in for routine service on a Sunday morning before church; was taken care of, including a recall issue and was ready by the time my church service was over. Great staff at Rick Case Hyundai Fort Lauderdale.

"Friendly Staff and top notch service "
I have been servicing my car at this location for the last couple of years and it’s always amazing! The staff is always kind, upbeat and imformative. I wouldn’t have know I needed 2 recalls done without them reminding me (I always forget I got the information in the mail) and I love that they always refill my windshield wiper fluid! It’s the little stuff like that; that’s sets them apart in my eyes. The service manager Colin always says hello and follows up to make sure everything is set and my cars serivce was up to his standards. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

"Rescued a tourist"
Visiting from out of state and picked up a nail in a tire. Neighborhood tire store could not use a patch since it was too close to the sidewall. They didn’t have a tire and we had to leave FL the next day. Found Rick Case Hyaundai on line and just showed up. They had a tire and had me on my way in about an hour. Excellent.
