Return customers discounts
The service department is not bad my agent Roger was really helpful. He kept me up to date in regards to my car. My only thing i think they should look into is a discount program for returning customers. At time the services offered seem a bit on the pricey side. Not saying vehicle maintenance is not important but a customer would be more likely to get an oil change at a tire plus instead of hyundai itself.

My service manager always makes me feel welcome, they have good coffee too. Not only am I told what is recommended but also what is imperative. When budgeting is an issue, this distinction is very helpful.

Replacement work not completed
The vehicle has been in several times; first to get the radio replaced since Blue Link was not working, and later multiple times to replace parts that were damaged as a result of the radio replacement. All of the pieces have not yet been replaced, and some of those that were replaced either don't belong to our model vehicle or the repair was done poorly. Pieces are loose and the work done was clearly poor (no quality check before returning the vehicle).

I had made an appointment for an oil change and it was done in a timely manner and not to say that the service worker was also pleasant which is a plus in my book.

I took my Sonata in fort recall care. Work was done quickly. Got the car back. That evening my wife asked me to check to see if her wallet was in car. It was in car with cash and cards. Thank you for creating an organization were trust and integrity are the norm. We purchased the car from your Sunrise store and have had all our maintenance work done there. We will be back.
