Sr service writer, Ernie is honest and keeps the customer informed.
This service department is so busy that sitting around for an hour or several hours is dreaded. Wish they had more service technicians to handle all the work. I have started to use the courtesy vehicle to and from.

Outstanding Customer Service
Our Hyundai SUV was in the December 2019 flood in Ft. Lauderdale. When the SUV arrived at the dealership for an evaluation of flood damage, Mr. Tom Owen (Service Manager) immediately took action to evaluate the damage to the SUV and made several recommendations on what needed to be done to restore our SUV. Mr. Owen even contacted our insurance company to help expedite our claim. In our opinion, Mr. Owen went above and beyond our expectations and provided excellent customer service. After we picked up the repaired SUV, Mr. Owen made a follow-up phone call to us to ask if there were any issue with the SUV. We highly recommend the Hyundai Dealership in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Bad customer experience
I bought my sonata In Rick Case Plantation and after the repair the steering, the car lost the under engine cover. When I claimed to Jose Flechas he said that the work do not need to remove the cover and the dealer is not responsible to that missing part. He did not do anything to resolve my problem, he said that I bought the car without that cover; but is not true. Now I have to pay around $300 dollars to put back the cover.
