The new mechanic, Ethan, gave me an estimate ahead of service, got it done quickly, and explained everything clearly and patiently. He has many years of experience, is obviously an expert, and even saved me money by postponing brake work until it's necessary. Our family has been buying and servicing all of our cars at Ridge Road for decades.
