was introduced by sales manager ED. Our transaction started over phone. We are somewhat long distance. He responded to me every time I called & texted. I had his cell number and his office number. We did paperwork online and it was never a bother for him to discusse safety features with me in detail, With all the options on my vehicle and it's a good thing he did because my insurance went down $89.00 monthly because of it. The hybrid is going to save me countless $$$ DOLLAR savings in gas. He never rushed anything related to the transaction. He took pictures of the car I was buying ,, outside/ inside.
