Well...I give them one star because you have to.
Let me tell my story.
On my trip from Northern Virginia to Charlotte NC, I experienced a check engine light and 2 other warning light, where upon I navigated the nearest auto care shop, this was the one.
When I walked in no one was in the counter area, a gentleman appeared and eyed me up and down as I explained my situation and asked if they, could help in any way...the response...just shook his head NO, I said thank you and left.
This "gentleman", and I use this term loosely, did not say a single word as in a greeting, an explanation of why, or apology towards why...NOT A SINGLE WORD!
From my angle either customer service is non existent OR...maybe they don't care for a certain kind of people...I would lean towards the latter.
I would advise against ever going here if you are of a "certain kind" or if you don't agree with this mentality, they just need to make their living off those that they deem "their kind"
