The front counter person was rude and disrespectful. I didn't feel welcomed as a customer. The level of unprofessionalism was prevalent. Even though I scheduled an appointment prior to my arrival I was told "We'll get to it when we get to it". This is absolutely rude and unacceptable.

No Masks and unprofessional communication make me not want to return
Service was well done but a few things really were not handled well.
1. Why in the world is no one on staff wearing masks in this location? It is required by the city and no one is complying.
2. Was called to come pick up my car that it was ready- when I arrived that wasn’t the case. Ended up waiting another 30 mins and the only reason I got my car is I saw it sitting the parking lot. They “forgot” to let me know as I’m sitting right there.
Do better for your customers and your staff please.

Will try to beat you
Went in for only an oil change and was told minor problems were major. Allowed some repairs and they kept trying to pressure me into more. I felt like I was taken advantage of. I had to take my car back the next morning because they messed it up. It was running fine when I took it in for the oil change.

Oil change
I was there for an oil change and was told that I also needed a cabin filter and air filter. The time spent waiting for the services was extremely too long. I arrived shortly after 10 am on 12/19/20 and left after 1pm still waiting on the filters. One of the attendants informed me that one of the filters wouldn’t be available until at least 3pm or later after I’ve spent numerous hours waiting in their facility. Services were awful and between all of the attendants/associates very unorganized!

Didn’t get my car back as promised
I was told my car would be ready Saturday night there was a problem so they told me they would be able to fix it on Sunday even though they were not open I needed my car back on Sunday so that I could get to work on Monday I was not able to reach anyone on Sunday and therefore did not get my car back and had to run all over town and spent half the day trying to figure out how I was going to get to work on Monday morning and ended up having to have somebody drop off a key as my keys were with my car and get an Uber to and from work I also had to cancel appointments I had scheduled after work on Monday afternoon since I did not have a car this ended up costing me a lot of time and money as well as frustration

Unprofessional Service Experience
I first want to say that all the employees of this location are very friendly. However, yesterday upon taking my vehicle in for a routine oil change they rang my invoice up as $113 with a $34 service fee. I paid the invoice and went home to compare to my prior invoice. Seemed to be a billing mistake to me so I called the location. The assistant manager blamed the store manager for not taking the additional service fees off when we declined the additional services recommended. To correct this we had to return to the store to reverse the charge and pay the correct amount. Upon returning to the store, it was very busy, the manager was on his personal cell phone with someone while still trying to multi-task and help customers. He was unable to refund my invoice so instead offered my cash. While I am happy I received my money back I still do not have a correct invoice or the usual multi-point inspection report. Additionally, the other customers in the shop expressed frustrations with the wait and service. I think this location needs some training on professionalism and customer service.

Didn’t know there was NOT a choice
Groupons are available for this location, but apparently there is an issue using them. Not sure if the employees there are triggered by them or not. I have never been to an oil shop where you don’t have any choice at all.
I made an appointment online the day before. Arriving in the. Shop the next morning, everything was nice and clean. I told the employee I had a Groupon, and showed it to him on my phone. Things appeared to be fine, then he says that I’ve got the $24.99 Groupon and I’m going to need the Full Synthetic oil change. He kinda rushed through his verbal spiel, and ended asking for my keys.
I told him I’d just rather use the Groupon I had, and the conventional or the semi-synthetic (what my Groupon was for) is fine. Im putting about 50 miles on my car a week. He replies with, “All GM cars 2012 and up require DEXOS, full synthetic.” My car is 2011, but whatever—who’s counting.
Dexos certification is not strictly full synthetic, it’s also semi-synthetic. I bought a semi-synthetic oil Groupon. But whatever, if their semi-synthetic isn’t Dexos, it doesn’t bother me as I have had a number of oil changes with just conventional all at plenty of places. ALSO the owners manual states “... you may use substitute engine oil displaying the API Starburst symbol and of SAE 5W-30 viscosity grade.” API oil is basically almost any oil produced by any major manufacturer, whether conventional, semi, or full synthetic.
Then he ends it with, “I’m not gonna put the wrong oil in your car just because you want to save a few bucks.” No need to argue with him, I just left.
The whole idea of Groupon, coupons, discount codes, IS to save a few bucks. THATS WHY THEY’RE THERE!?
