Dawn said when she went to pick her up her trailer there were mice in it. They told her these kind of things can happen but she wasn't happy because they ate through a lot of her stuff. She is still in the process of cleaning up the mess. She talked to the service manager yesterday and he told her he would work on a resolution but she hasn't heard back yet. She said she felt the way he was talking there wasn't much that could be done. In addition, when they quoted her estimate they didn't include the price for labor, only parts, and it wasn't until she picked up her trailer that she was given the total. It was way higher then she was anticipating and for that reason she wasn't satisfied with the communication between her and her service advisor. She wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work because mice ended up in her trailer, even though that has nothing to do with the service work. She would not recommend them for reasons already mentioned.
