Another shop said I needed service, but Robert's set me right
I went for an oil change to a place convenient to my office. They completed the service, assessed the car and said it needed ball joints soon. I then went to Robert's because I trust them and wanted their assessment. I don't need the ball joints yet, but thankfully I went to them because they found that the other shop did not properly secure everything during the oil change and the car was leaking oil. That never happens at Robert's. And this is the SECOND time they've had to make things right for me after another shop did a shoddy oil change. So, lesson learned, stick to Robert's for all services!
