"Seems like a fair shake"
I don't like to spend money on maintenance but things break and the solution is finding a repair facility that gives you a fair shake. I believe Rob's accomplishes that.

"Two Speed Idle Testing For SEPTA"
As usual, Rob's (JR was the service representative with whom I spoke), was able to honor my request and schedule a two speed idle test on purchase order number S877680 most efficiently. In my experience Rob's has always endeavored to provide outstanding service. Thank you.

"Successful tire swap, Battery replacement "
Always get prompt and courteous service from front desk staff, John and JR. They fit me in just before Tgiving for some critical work (ignition coil replacement, summer/winter tire swap and battery replacement). Saved me a bunch, esp on the battery replacement, by not having to go to a BMW dealer, since they knew how to reset the new battery and have it "talk" to the car after installation. Thanks, team!
