Horrible Service
If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. After buying five vehicles from this establishment over the years, I considered myself a dedicated, long-standing customer. My loyalty has now been repaid not just with indifference, but with outright contempt. I urge anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here to take their business elsewhere.

The core of my current issue is simple: a clear, undeniable manufacturer's defect on my vehicle. I bought a 2023 Sonata in 2023. It is garage kept and has 3,500 miles. (Not 35,000 - 3,500!!) The driver's side trim is all rusted. The door handle, the silver metal around the windows and the silver stripe going down the side. ALL RUSTED. Nothing rusted on the drivers side OR on my 2016 Sonata that I also purchased new and sits in my same garage alongside the 2023. When I called last week, expecting the courtesy and expertise due to any customer, I was met with immediate, unhelpful resistance.

They shuffled me around to two different people (one was Javier) after I waited on hold for ONE HOUR. They wouldn't to listen to me and dismissed the defect as "merely cosmetic" and not covered under the warranty. This is a flat-out lie and a shameful attempt to shirk responsibility under the manufacturer's warranty. Seems to me the metal wasn't properly treated as it's only in one area.

The entire interaction was defined by arrogance. The service dept rep sounded like a young kid, was rude, dismissive, and refused to hear me out. When I was transferred to "Javier" we "accidentally" were disconnected. The rude kid did call back and refused to put Javier back on the line. Just kept saying it was cosmetic. My history as a loyal customer was completely irrelevant to them. They were more interested getting me off the phone than resolving a legitimate warranty claim.

You don't buy five cars from a dealership only to be treated like an inconvenience when you need actual service. This is a dealership that only cares about the sale, not the service or the reputation.

Do not frequent this establishment. You will find better pricing, better service, and genuine respect absolutely anywhere else. They have traded five sales for one scathing review and a lifetime of lost business.
