I bought a used car and less than 2 months later needed a $1600 repair. Ridge Hancock worked to have the dealership honor the 50/50 repair deal and reimbursed half of my car rental charge for the week

Incredibly Helpful on short notice
In Akron's wonderful weather, my car slip and slammed into the curb. After my boss told me that my car needed to be checked out that day so they could make appropriate arrangements. Having purchased my car from the Marhofer used car dealership, I knew they would be most likely to help on short notice. After calling and speaking with Ridge, they were able to get me in 15 minutes later and take a look at my car right away. They were fair and upfront with what needed fixed, and are currently working with my insurance to get everything fixed. Would definitely work with them in the future!

Great Dealership
Love Ron Marhofer Hyundai. We have closer dealerships but drive 45 miles to have car serviced here. Service staff is superb. Always ask for Ridge. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Servicemen/repair staff excellent as well.

Got car back with stuff hanging out of the hood
There was a piece of foam that came loose during maintenance and they did not fix or replace it before returning the car to me. My car came back dirty and tools were left in it.

Car wash clogs service department.
Add a separate line or area for car washes so paying customers getting service can get in and out!!!

I am sorry to hear about the delay in your service visit.  With the layout of our lot unfortunately the line does get backed up at times when we have a large amount of car washes coming in.  With all Marhofer guests able to come in for a free car wash anytime we do see a larger influx when we get a warmer day in the winter months.  We do try to keep them moving and stage them in another area to try to eliminate the impact of the service guests.  Please contact me back so we can make this delay up to you.
