Great Service
Great service. Fast and friendly. The only thing that could be better: I have 2 years maintenance free and every time I come over for an oil change, they have to look everything up which takes a lot longer. Not a big deal, but how difficult would it be to make a note on the main page that says I have maintenance free for 2 years. It would be nice if they actually said "I see you have maintenance free" instead of having to tell them every time and they have to look it up.

Everything went well and as expected. Only minor complaints with WiFi not working in waiting area and car wash not very thorough with bug smears still on windshield and dirty wet shoe marks left on my mats.

Excellent service provided for unexpected repair
I unexpectedly discovered that my tire was going flat on my way to work. I stopped at Marhoffer on my way to work and waited until they opened at 7:30 a.m. to find out if a tire was punctured. Ridge scheduled my car for service that day and arranged for me to get shuttled to and from work while my car was being serviced. Later Ridge called me to tell me what service was needed and my car was ready for pick up when the shuttle took me back to Marhoffer. I was extremely pleased that Ridge fit me into their schedule for the day for the tire repair and an oil change. I can always depend on Ridge to provide great service!

Great Customer Service
Had a pleasant time waiting for my car to get service. Prices were good, customer service reps were polite and well mannered. Dishonest service
Went in for a simple oil change. Added an overpriced gas treatment that was not asked for or indicated at drop off. A plain and simple ripoff.

I am very sorry for the confusion on reading your repair order.  The $11.45 charge is actually the labor charge for the oil change not an additive that was put into the vehicle.  The total breakdown of charges on the repair order is $29.95 for the oil and filter change and $19.95 for the tire rotation.  After you add in taxes that is the total amount on the repair order.  I spoke to your wife and explained the breakdown and would like to also go over it with you.  Please contact me back so we may discuss.

Simple oil change
We like the vehicle. Sales has never contacted us since we bought to check satisfaction. Have been there twice, once to program a new FOB that they lost and I waited FOUR hours for them to do it. Ended up missing a meeting. Second time, a simple oil change took over an hour.

Excellent except for oil
My experience with the Marhofer dealership in purchasing a new car through maintenance servicing of it has all been excellent. My only concern that arose in the recent oil change service is that the dealership no longer makes available semi-synthetic oil; saying that Hyundai now says that "Quaker State" full fossil oil is the performance equivalent of the semi-synthetic! Frankly, I don't always trust the big corporations and always suspect reasons other than what are stated, in this case, by Hyundai. So in the case of this recent service, having always ran semi-synthetic, I could have left and gone elsewhere (i.e., Walmart auto service) but instead opted to go the full synthetic route, which was significantly more expensive than the fossil or what would have been the semi-synthetic of the past. One reason for this decision was because I simply wanted to get it done and another that I really like to support a good dealership where I bought the car and believe that generally a dealership knows its products best and can provides the highest levels of service and care, i.e., knowing of servicing of recalls. Although the full synthetic is said to break down slower and not needing to be changed until 5,000 miles vs. 3,000 per dealerships or 7,500 or more per other information sources, I generally like to have a rotation at every 3,000 -- 4,000 mile intervals that coincides with either the fossil or semi-synthetic oil schedule. So having switched to the full synthetic will likely cost more money over the long term and / or will extend the time of rotations out beyond what I would like. Nevertheless, there are other possible benefits to abandoning fossil and using full synthetic that I will consider; else revert back to semi-synthetic, take the vehicle elsewhere for oil changes and monitor recalls myself. Probably will stick with full synthetic. Recommend searching "what is better environmentally fossil oil or synthetic oil" for starters.

Outstanding performance
I made the appointment to have my oil changed. When I arrived, I was greeted professionally and my car was being services with in 15 minutes. The service person did an excellent job and paid attention to details which gives me a comfortable feeling knowing I am being taking care of by a trained technician who truly cares about quality of service.
